1Purpose and Characteristics
This machine is one of the important equipment for processing traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and agricultural products. Suitable for the selection of raw materials, semi-finished or finished drugs, capable of separating floating objects and heavy objects in drugs(Impurities), while classifying the materials according to different specific gravities.
This machine is a continuous operation equipment that combines air selection machine and material conveyor to achieve automated operation. The fan motor is controlled by a frequency converter, which has advantages such as energy saving and digital operation. Due to the smooth operation and low noise of the whole machine, there is no need to install a foundation, making it easy to move in the future.
This machine should not separate materials that are prone to floating.
2、 Structure and working principle
This machine consists of a wind separator and a material conveyor.
The air selection machine consists of a vibrating feeder, a fan, an air duct, and an air selection box. The airflow generated by the fan enters the air selection box at a constant speed through the air duct. The material is evenly dropped onto the air duct by the vibrating feeder and carried into the air selection box with the airflow. Heavy objects areDischarge from outlet 1, floating materials are discharged from outlet 5, and other materials are discharged from outlets 2, 3, and 4 according to different densities. Adjustment baffles are installed on both sides of outlets 2, 3, and 4 to manually adjust the level of each outlet. The speed of the fan impeller can be infinitely adjustable within the range of 100-900 revolutions per minute.
The material conveyor adopts a bucket type belt drive, and the variable speed motor drives the belt and the small hopper mounted on the belt through a triangular belt. A feeding hopper is installed in the lower half of the conveyor, and a discharge adjustment door is installed at the outlet of the feeding hopper to control the amount of discharge. A movable plate on the lower side of the feeding hopper is connected to a cam mechanism, and during operation, the movable plate continuously swings to prevent material blockage, so that the material flows smoothly from the feeding hopper to the small hopper on the conveyor belt. The tape system uses non interface and non-toxic food conveyor belts. The inner side of the tape is equipped with guide strips, and the two sides of the tape are equipped with guide plates to avoid material leakage, jamming, and tape deviation.
